Kölner Schachklub Dr. Lasker 1861 e.V. is a historic chess club located in Cologne, Germany, named after Emanuel Lasker, the only German chess world champion. Established on October 1, 1861, it is the oldest chess club in Cologne and ranks 11th among the oldest still-existing German chess clubs. The club welcomes guests to participate in blitz and rapid chess games. Regular club evenings are held every Thursday at 8 PM, with beginner training on the fourth Thursday of each month and advanced training on the second Thursday.
