RW Klettham is a welcoming chess club located in Erding, Germany. As the chess section of Rot-Weiß Klettham-Erding e.V., it has a rich history dating back to 1953. The club offers opportunities for both adults and youth to engage in chess activities. Adults can participate in games and training sessions on Mondays from 7:30 PM, while children and youth have dedicated training on Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The club organizes internal tournaments and competes in the Schachkreis Inn-Chiemgau league. Newcomers are encouraged to join the adult sessions, and prior email consultation is requested for children interested in learning chess. The club also regularly takes young players to tournaments in and around Erding and Munich.
