SC Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a welcoming chess club located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, at the foot of the Alpspitze and Zugspitze. The club invites guests to enjoy blitz or rapid chess games. Meetings are held regularly on the second and fourth Friday of each month from 2 PM to 6 PM at the Eishütte am Kainzenbad, Kainzenbadstr. 4. Although the club no longer participates in league play due to a shortage of players, it remains a friendly venue for chess enthusiasts.
