Schach Club Überlingen e.V. (SC Überlingen) is a distinguished chess club with a rich history dating back to 1947. Situated on the picturesque shore of Lake Constance in Überlingen, Germany, the club is affiliated with the Badischer Schachverband (Baden Chess Federation) and is open to anyone interested in playing, learning, or observing chess. SC Überlingen boasts two competitive teams, with the first team participating in the Bereichsliga Süd 4 and the second team in the Bezirksklasse Bodensee. The club achieved the title of Bereichsliga champion in the 2022/2023 season. Regular activities include a main game night for adults on Fridays from 7:30 PM, preceded by youth training from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
