SF Fichtelgebirge is a welcoming chess club located in the heart of the Fichtelgebirge, Wunsiedel, Germany. Open to guests, the club offers opportunities to play blitz or rapid chess games. They provide training sessions for both children and adults every Friday at 18:00 (6:00 PM) at the Mehrgenerationenhaus Wunsiedel, Breite Str. 4-6, 95632 Wunsiedel. Known for co-organizing the “FrankenPowerOpen” tournament, their motto is “Schach macht schlau – und bei uns macht’s Spaß!” (Chess makes you smart – and with us, it’s fun!).
