SK Ebringen, officially known as Schachclub Ebringen, is a welcoming chess club located in Ebringen, Germany. The club hosts a variety of activities, including club evenings every Tuesday at 7:30 PM and youth chess sessions from 5 PM to 6 PM for both beginners and advanced players. All regular activities take place at the Ebringer Schlossscheune. Founded in December 1962, the club has a rich history and is known for its motto, “Wir setzen den Alltag schachmatt” (We checkmate everyday life). SK Ebringen participates in league play with three teams and organizes events such as the Ebringer Sommerblitz tournament series, club championships, and rapid chess games.
