Sportgemeinschaft Kaarst 1912/35 e. V. is a welcoming chess club located in Kaarst, Germany, at the Volkshochschule, Am Schulzentrum 18. The club, situated on the 2nd floor in Room 209, boasts a vibrant community of over 90 members, including more than 50 children and youth. Guests are always welcome to join in for blitz or rapid chess games. The club hosts various activities such as teams, tournaments (including Blitz, Rapid, Chess960, DWZ, and Tandem), and youth events. Chess play evenings are held on Fridays, with youth sessions starting at 5:30 PM and general play from 7:00 PM. During summer holidays, youth sessions begin earlier at 3:00 PM.
