SV Deggendorf

SV Deggendorf is a welcoming chess club located in Deggendorf, Germany, open to guests interested in playing blitz or rapid chess games. The club fields four competitive teams, with the 1st team competing in the prestigious Schachbundesliga for the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 seasons. SV Deggendorf regularly organizes a City Championship, Rapid Chess Series, and Blitz Chess Series. The club is committed to youth development, offering training sessions at the club and in local schools. General club evenings are held every Friday at 19:30 at Kolpinghaus Deggendorf, with special rapid and blitz chess events on the first and third Fridays of each month from May to October.
